Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date the order is received for an ONLINE CREDIT. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached.) Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, or smoke will be refused and returned to you with a shipping return fee. Unfortunately, we aren't able to cancel orders as they go into processing once we receive the order confirmation.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDER(S)
1. If you refuse a confirmed order, you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you.
2. Undeliverable orders due to error on your part will require re-shipment and will be subject to a re-shipment fee. If you decide not to reship, you will be charged for the original shipping fee.
Checkout with the $1.50 Re:Do product for free unlimited returns for store credit on your order if needed and send it back for free if it doesn’t work.
Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money!

3. Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return and your store credit.
