Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date the order is received for an online credit. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached.) Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, or smoke will be refused and returned to you with a shipping return fee.

1. If you refuse a confirmed order, you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you.
2. Undeliverable orders due to error on your part will require re-shipment and will be subject to a re-shipment fee. If you decide not to reship, you will be charged for the original shipping fee.

2. Complete the return form on this page and include it inside all boxes you are returning. Securely repackage your items in the package you received them in. Enclose a copy of the receipt and completed RETURN FORM.
3. Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
4. Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
