We sure do! International delivery is between 1-6 weeks depending on the shipping method you select at checkout. We offer FREE shipping to Canada for orders over $100! We also offer FREE worldwide shipping to all other countries over $250!Please note: We ONLY cover postage for international orders that qualify for free shipping. Customer is responsible for any and all customs, duties, or brokerage charges added by your home country upon delivery.

Once you've reached the checkout stage, enter your promotional code into our discount bar, enter the correct code and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order and weDO NOTprice match any past promotions under any circumstances.

Anytime you place an order you will receive 2 emails. The first will be a confirmation email containing your order number. The second email contains your tracking number and is sent once your item has been marked as shipped! Please note that it can take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be activated!

In order to return properly, please refer to our Return Policy online to make sure your return meets the criteria. If you have any questions regarding return eligibility, please email us!

Once your package is received, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification with your credit.

We are so sorry your item arrived damaged. Please email us as soon as possible with the damage description and photo, or description of why your item appears to be defective so that we can get this resolved quickly for you!

We try to get adequate stock for our gorgeous pieces, but sometimes we may underestimate how much our customers love our items! We do restock sold out styles daily, though! Please let us know via Instagram if you are hoping to get your hands on an item, and we will do our best to get a restock or pre-order online for you! AndALWAYSsign up for the waitlist on the product page! We check our waitlists every day to determine which items we need to restock for our customers, and you'll be the first to know via email the second your favorite item is back available for purchase!

Yes, yes, yes! WeALWAYSoffer cancellations for pre-order items that have NOT already been processed and shipped for a full refund to original payment method. Once the shipping notification goes out, unfortunately we are unable to cancel your pre-order, but you may always return it for a store credit.

Unfortunately, pre-order ship date estimates are always that - estimates. We receive a projected ship date from our designers, however things can always happen with production and cause delays in the pre-order waiting period. Items may arrive 2 weeks earlier than projected, or 2 weeks later. Once you receive your shipping notification, that means it has arrived and will be on it's way to you shortly! If for any reason there is a delay that doesn't coincide with your timeline needed for the item, we always offer cancellations on pre-orders for a full refund to original payment method.PLEASE NOTE: This is the ONLY instance that we offer a full refund to original payment method. Once the item has shipped, we only offer store credit for returns.
