Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date the order is received for an ONLINE CREDIT. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached.) Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, or smoke will be refused and returned to you with a shipping return fee. Unfortunately, we aren't able to cancel orders as they go into processing once we receive the order confirmation.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDER(S)
1. If you refuse a confirmed order, you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you. 2. Undeliverable orders due to error on your part will require re-shipment and will be subject to a re-shipment fee. If you decide not to reship, you will be charged for the original shipping fee.
RETURNING 1. Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria. 2. Complete the return form on this page and include it inside any package you are returning. Securely repackage your items. Enclose a copy of the receipt and completed RETURN FORM. 3. Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit. We can also provide a pre-paid USPS return shipping label if you prefer - this cost will be deducted from your return credit. Please shoot us a message via our Instagram or Facebook instant messaging to request one of our $5.99 pre-paid return labels. 4. Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
We will issue your purchase amount minus any shipping fee (except free shipping) as a store credit. We do NOT offer cash refunds. This is the return policy for ALL payment methods. Using AfterPay as payment method does not change the return policy.
