2. Undeliverable orders due to error on your part will require re-shipment and will be subject to a re-shipment fee. If you decide not to reship, you will be charged for the original shipping fee.

2. Complete the return form on this page and include it inside any package you are returning. Securely repackage your items. Enclose a copy of the receipt and completed RETURN FORM.
3. Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit. We can also provide a pre-paid USPS return shipping label if you prefer - this cost will be deducted from your return credit. 4. Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
