Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date the order is received for a STORE CREDIT. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached.) Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, or smoke will be refused and returned to you with a shipping return fee. Unfortunately, we aren't able to cancel orders as they go into processing once we receive the order confirmation.
- Please note: All items in the Sale category, Flash Sales, and any promotional sales 40% off or more are non-returnable, non-refundable and FINAL SALE! These items CANNOT be returned for a refund, cannot be returned for a store credit or be exchanged!
- Accessories, Jewelry, and Bralettes are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDER(S)
1. If you refuse a confirmed order, you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you.
2. Undeliverable orders due to error on your part will require re-shipment and will be subject to a re-shipment fee. If you decide not to reship, you will be charged for the original shipping fee.
RETURNING
- Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria.
- To begin your return, please email customerservice@shopbellaandbloom.com to request your return label. If you added return insurance at checkout, you'll receive a prepaid label. If you removed return insurance, the $5.99 return label cost will be deducted from your credit.
- Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return and your store credit.
REFUND
- We will issue your purchase amount minus any shipping fee (except free shipping) as a store credit. We do NOT offer cash refunds. This is the return policy for ALL payment methods. Using AfterPay as payment method does not change the return policy.

ADDITIONAL FIT INFORMATION:
Fit: This dress is fitted at the bust/waist, with a flowy skirt, adjustable straps, and hidden zipper.
Bust: Bust is fitted and features a plunging neckline.
Waist: Waist is fitted.
Hips: Hips are slightly fitted in the liner with a free flowing overlay.
Zipper: This dress contains a hidden zipper down the back of the dress.
Undergarments: We suggest a stick-on adhesive plunging bra or pasties to accommodate for the plunging neckline and nude underwear.
Fabric: Lining contains some stretch. Overlay contains little stretch. Overlay is a white mesh covered with velvet lace appliques.
NOTE: The curvy sizes XL/1X/2X will have an altered bust that is raised 2" to reduce bust spillage. See photo 5 and for altered bust fit.
